SESSION OVERVIEW

There are no other applications within the Dynamics 365 space that are changing as rapidly as Project Service Automation (V3), which can make it somewhat challenging to determine the correct approach when deploying it. What do the various entities mean? What are the essential configuration steps involved when setting up a new PSA instance? And how do you go about incorporating PSA alongside bespoke customisations we make in the system? This session will aim to answer these questions by providing a step-by-step walkthrough of the various components that you need to get your PSA instance ready for usage. By the end of the session, attendees will gain a better understanding of how they can start using PSA and will be able to refer back to any of the material provided during the session to help in any future implementations.
